Table 1 Inclusion/exclusion criteria

People over 18 years old

Diabetes nephropathy of Mogensen stage IV-V

People diagnosed with type 2 diabetes more than 1 year

Proliferative diabetes retinopathy

People with poor blood glucose control (HbA1c > 7%)

Diabetic foot of Wanger stage β-V

Coronary heart disease of NYHA stage β-IV

Moderate and severe cognitive impairment measured by Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE)
