A and B Computed tomography (CT) during the initial adrenal vein sampling (AVS) revealed bilateral adrenal nodules (right:16 × 11 mm, left:13 × 9 mm) with CT attenuation values of 30–60 Hounsfield units on the left and 10 Hounsfield units on the right. C and D Contrast-enhanced CT showed contrast effect in the left adrenal nodule but not in the right. E and F CT images at the second AVS (performed 5 years after the initial AVS) showed no significant changes in the right adrenal mass and enlargement of the left adrenal nodule (26 × 13 mm). G and H 123I-MIBG scintigraphy showed marked uptake in the left adrenal nodule, but no metastatic lesions
