The multivariable restricted cubic spline regression result exhibited the J-shape relationship between TyG index and the new-onset CVD incidence after adjusted for age, sex, BMI, education level, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, uric acid, BUN, history of hypertension, dyslipidemia and CKD, smoking, drinking. The cut-off values were 8.07 and 8.57 respectively
