Hematoxylin and eosin staining revealed glomangiopericytoma infiltrating the paranasal sinus mucosa. The tumor consisted of oval and spindle cells forming solid sheets and whorls (a). CD34 immunohistochemical staining for CD34 showed no expression and highlighted tumor branching vasculature. Stains for CKAE1/3, EMA, S-100, desmin, SMA, HMB45 were also negative (b).
