HCP5 knockdown alleviated HG-induced HGMC dysfunctions. A The transfection of si-HCP5 notably diminished the expression of HCP5 by QPCR analysis. E Cell apoptosis was also assessed by the protein levels of Cleaved-PARP and Cleaved-caspase 3 using western blot.
