Normally distributed variables were expressed as mean ± SD, non-normally distributed variables as median with IQR, and categorical variables as numbers with percentages (%).+ Kruskal Wallis Test and chi-square test were used for intergroup comparison of Continuous and categorical variables, respectively. P-values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant. Abnormal WC ratio displays the percentage of individuals within each BMI group with an abnormal waist circumference.
