  1. Legend: To detect the possible influencing factors for inducing an optimal uterine development mode in TS girls, we used single-factor analysis and found that the height before HRT, the serum FSH and LH level after HRT and the current dose and duration of estradiol valerate were positively related to the maximum uterine volume
