  1. Data are presented as mean (SD or CI 95%) or numbers (%). Groups are divided by VO2max median (78.3 mL·kg-0.75·min− 1). Differences between groups analyzed using independent samples t-test or Fisher’s exact test (gender) as appropriate. Adjusted differences between groups in term of changes were analyzed using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) including age, gender and baseline value of outcome variable as covariates
