All the rectus muscles of the eye are thickened: a) with increased accumulation of 99mTc-DTPA only in the medial and superior muscles of the right eye, which is indicative of active GO in the medial and superior muscles. b without increased accumulation of 99mTc-DTPA, which is indicative of non-active GO. The physiological 99mTc-DTPA uptake of nasal mucosa is visible at both cases.
