B) RIP140 mRNA expression was quantified at the 4^th, 8^th, and 12^th day of adipocyte differentiation in vitro. RIP140 arbitrary units (a.u.) were calculated as 2^{ΔCt-target gene/}2^{ΔCt-reference gene} using 18S (isolated adipocytes and corresponding WAT) and LRP10 (cultured adipocytes) as reference genes.
